12th Street Shoes, located in Fairhaven, will collect footwear to support Soles4Souls’ commitment to donate more than one million pairs of shoes to people living in affected areas in Haiti. Soles4Souls is a charity that distributes shoes to needy people worldwide.

“We are thrilled to be joining forces with the Sole4Souls organization,” said Jody Finnegan, owner of 12th Street Shoes. “With footwear being such a significant part of our business, Soles4Souls was a natural fit and we are happy to be a destination for our customers to contribute to Haitian relief.”

From Jan. 29 through Feb. 28, customers at 12th Street Shoes can drop off a monetary donation as well as their gently worn mens, womens and childrens shoes. All donations will directly support relief efforts. Customers will receive $5 off their purchase of a new pair with their donation.
