Boundary Bay Brewery is cruising along with its series of Late Shows, which raise money for local nonprofits. The next show features the Holy Tailfeathers and antenna eleven at 10:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 6. Cover is $4 and all proceeds from the show will go to the Evergreen AIDS Foundation.

Every other Friday night for the past year, Boundary Bay has been bringing in local music acts to rock the restaurant and raise money for local nonprofit organizations. So far, the brewpub has raised money for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Amy’s Place, Allied Arts, Common Threads Farm, Make.Shift and Animals as Natural Therapy just to name a few.

This Saturday, Nov. 10, Boundary Bay will also be raising money for the Alpine Safety Awareness Program with its 10th Annual Alpine Safety Awareness fundraiser. The dinner/auction presents an opportunity to pick up some great winter gear at auction prices and a chance to raise money for a local organization that has been saving lives through alpine safety education since 1999.
