Public Development Authority office remodel, $42,948 to Henifin Construction, 3857 Hannegan Road, Bellingham, WA. Issued by City of Bellingham Purchasing, Bellingham, WA.

148th Avenue SE and SE 24th Street traffic signal upgrade and audible pedestrian system upgrade, $306,365 to Oceanside Construction, 1225 E. Sunset Dr. Suite 145, Bellingham, WA. Issued by City of Bellevue, Bellevue, WA.
