Everson art gallery plans September grand opening

C.Rene Studios plans to open its doors for the first time in September.
The art and photography gallery, located at 401 Lincoln St. in Everson, hosts an opening reception from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 13. The event features the work of Everson artist Chelsea Davidson, the owner of the new gallery.
“I am looking forward to getting to know the art community that I will be a part of and sharing my passion for both art and photography with my neighbors and friends,” Davidson said, in a press release.
Davidson’s work includes photography and fine art. She said she works primarily with acrylics and oils on canvas.
Her subjects vary from human figures and nature to off-road racing vehicles and non-objective work. Her photography includes commercial, nautical, newborns, graduations, engagements and weddings.
C.Rene Studios will be open from noon to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays through Thursdays, with additional times scheduled by appointment.
