Hogue joins Peoples Bank as branch manager

Peoples Bank announced that Debbie Hogue has joined its Ferndale branch as branch manager. Hogue has more than 21 years of banking experience, 13 of which were spent as a relationship banking manager. At Peoples Bank she will be responsible for branch operations and business development in Ferndale and the surrounding area.
Hogue has been active in local community organizations such as United Way of Whatcom County, where she served four years as allocation panel chair, the Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce as a member, and as a volunteer for Junior Achievement and Relay for Life.
Hogue was born and raised in Bellingham and is a graduate of Bellingham High School. She spends most of her free time supporting her family in a range of activities and is an active member of the Squalicum Parent Booster Club.
