Frank Imhof, president of IMCO General Construction Inc. in Ferndale, was the recipient of the 2010 Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Washington Contractor of the Year Award. The award was given at AGC’s annual convention held at the Bellevue Hyatt.
The award is one of only two presented each year by the association and is voted on by all acting members. Recipients of this award demonstrate a commitment to construction excellence.
“This award is a great honor,” Imhof said in a press release. “I attribute much of who I am and what I’ve achieved to the people in my life.”
Nearly 30 IMCO employees, including project managers, superintendents, safety managers and field personnel, attended the awards ceremony.
