Launching Success Learning Store gave a total of $4,688 in annual gifts this year to 44 different nonprofit institutions. Most of the donations were in the form of auction items and educational materials for children’s programs in Whatcom and Skagit Counties.

Major recipients locally were Agape House, Whatcom Literacy Council, Meridian Schools Parent Teacher Organization, Whatcom Middle School, Carl Cozier Elementary School, Whatcom Women in Business Scholarship Fund, and Rebound’s Flying Colors Program.

The store continues to provide educational materials for an international village school in Kenya through Whatcom County-based Project Education.
