WestCom Properties, a full-service commercial real estate firm, has announced that Greg Martineau has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
A CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. The designation includes completion of intense coursework, high test scores, and professional accomplishment.
Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners, only 6 percent hold the CCIM designation, which reflects why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.
