Northwest Youth Services is teaming up with Western Washington University’s Human Services and Rehabilitation department to throw an awareness and benefit dance on the university campus.
Proceeds from this event will directly support programs serving runaway and homeless youth throughout Whatcom and Skagit Counties, as well as raise awareness about these social justice issues.
The dance will be held at Western’s Viking Union in room 565 located on 516 High Street in Bellingham, Wash. The dance will begin at 8 p.m. on Feb. 20. Tickets can be purchased at the door and are $5 per person or $8 per couple.
