Skylark’s wins first place with house chowder

Skylark’s Hidden Cafe won first place with their house chowder for the third time in a row at the annual Chuckanut Chowder Cook-Off during Dirty Dan Days in Fairhaven. The traditional New England clam chowder is served daily at the restaurant, which served 13 gallons of the soup over two hours at the event.
