The Comcast Foundation has awarded $1,000 scholarships to 87 students across Washington through its Leaders and Achievers Scholarship Program.
Winners of the scholarship in Bellingham are Meredith Morrow-Okon at Squalicum High School and Samara Sytsma at Meridian High School.
