Adam Hill was hired by VSH, a certified public accounting firm, as a senior manager in the audit and assurance department.

Hill has worked with major firms in Seattle and Yakima with midsized corporations in the manufacturing and agricultural industries. He worked to complete budget forecasting, outsource chief financial officer duties, financial statements and independent audits.

“We are pleased to have Adam on our team,” said partner Bob Sytsma in a press release. “He brings a leadership style and management experience that are in line with our goals to apply lean business practices to our firm while providing excellent client service.”

Hill received his Certified Public Accounting license in 2002. He graduated from Washington State University with a degree in accounting in 1998.

Hill relocated to Bellingham to work at VSH after living the past six months in Valencia, Calif. He is originally from Yakima.

“My wife and I missed Washington and were looking to settle down in a community like Bellingham,” Hill said in a press release. “I chose VSH because of the personal touch each of the partners has with their clients, and I like having direct involvement with my clients.”
