The Adich Clinic, which offers chiropractic care, acupuncture and massage therapy, is officially open and has signed a five-year lease for its new 4,000-square-foot location at 1756 Iowa St.

Susan Adich, a licensed massage therapist who owns the clinic with her husband Dave, said the new location has almost triple the space of their old spot at 1470 Ellis St. They also purchased all new equipment and dramatically increased their parking.

“At our old location, we had some space limitations that hindered our growth, but now we have everything we need to serve our clients,” Susan said.

The clinic now has four massage rooms, two acupuncture rooms and seven chiropractic adjustment tables. The extra acupuncture room has also allowed them to hire an additional acupuncturist.

As for their old location, the Adichs said they have found a buyer, but since the deal won’t close until next month, they could not comment on the buyer’s identity.
