Ashley & Vance Engineering has hired a professional engineer with experience in both community transportation projects and large-scale highway transportation construction.

Zach Brown has worked has worked in Texas, Alaska and Washington on local, state and federal highway projects.

Ashley & Vance Engineering opened a Bellingham office in 2014 and employs four full-time employees.
