Bank of the Pacific hires vice president and credit analyst at new Burlington loan office

Bank of the Pacific has hired Scott DeGraw as new vice president and commercial banking officer and Jamal Bartle as a commercial credit analyst at its new Burlington Loan Center.

DeGraw has worked in commercial banking for more than 21 years, most recently as a member of the Community Agribusiness group in Washington and Oregon.

“I love helping customers reach their business and personal goals by providing them the financial services they need to reach those goals,” DeGraw said, in a April 1 press release.

DeGraw graduated from Washington State University with a degree in agriculture economics, minoring in transportation economics.
He and his family live in Sedro-Woolley, where they run a cattle operation.

Bartle managed a small family business in the Snohomish County area for 15 years before choosing a career in banking. She worked as a customer service representative and a bank supervisor before moving into the financing side of commercial credit. For the last five years, Bartle has specialized in agricultural lending within the Skagit Valley and Whatcom County areas.

“I am excited to be working with such a great group of people,” Bartle said.

Bartle completed four years of liberal arts education. She is involved in volunteer work with Junior Achievement, United Way, the Kids’ Klosit and the Boys and Girls Club.

Bank of Pacific’s new Burlington Loan Center is located at 325 E. George Hopper Road, Suite 107.
