Banner Bank, which operates three branches in Bellingham and one in Ferndale, has entered a new partnership with Bellevue-based Coldstream
Capital Management Inc., an independent wealth management firm.

The business relationship will allow Banner Bank customers to access services provided by Coldstream, according to a company announcement. Bank executives said the arrangement will primarily serve the needs of high net-worth clients.

In addition to its wealth management activities, Coldstream specializes in 401k plans, risk management and financial advisory services.

The company, which was established in 1996, has approximately $1.4 billion of assets under its advisement.
