The City of Bellingham is now accepting applications for the 2017 tourism promotion grants until 5 p.m. Friday, September 9, 2016.

In 2016, the City awarded 25 competitive grants totaling $196,150, according to the press release.

Programs and events included and developed in the past include Bellingham Repertory Theater, Tree Critter Productions, 5Point Films and Sustainable Connections.
