Bellingham Airport Holiday Inn makes two new hires

Holiday Inn & Suites – Bellingham Airport, slated to open in November, has added two new members to its staff

Christy Fox will be the executive chef of the Northwater restaurant and bar. Fox is co-owner and founder of Evolve Chocolate Truffles, and studied at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and worked with celebrity chef Bradley Ogden.

Rian Greer was hired as the director of food and beverage. He ran the food and beverage deparrtment at Silver Reef until last year.
