Scott Goodall has been appointed as an associate at Pacific Surveying and Engineering, Inc. Goodall will continue to help with the company’s engineering design procedures, products, services, quality assurance and program management teams.

Goodall brings more than seven years of experience in civil engineering project development and technology operations. Most recently, he completed a project to improve Slate Road between Imhof Road and Ferndale Road for Whatcom County Public Works.

Pacific Surveying and Engineering, Inc. is a Bellingham company, founded in 1989, and provides land surveying, civil engineering and environmental consulting services to its client base of municipalities, tribes, contractors and developers.
