Chad Schulhauser was hired as the City of Bellingham’s newest city engineer and assistant director for public works. He started on April 18.

Schulhauser is a graduate of Washington State University, where he earned a degree in civil engineering and a minor in business. He came work at the city from Mountlake Terrace, where he was the public works director.
