On Tuesday, August 9, from 6 to 7 p.m.  and Saturday, August 13 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Bellingham Technical College will host information sessions for the new Bachelor of Applied Science in Operations Management in its Campus Center, Room 233.

The sessions will include how the new degree is structured, how to apply and what kind of careers are available in the field of operations management. The major’s availability begins this fall.

Operations management relates to work in leadership and management of systems and processes to create goods and provide services in a wide variety of sectors, according to the press release.
