Bellis Fair mall in north Bellingham will receive a remodel this year.

A March 7 post on the mall’s Facebook page included a conceptual photo of possible changes to its front entrance.

The mall, located at One Bellis Fair Parkway off of Meridian Street, opened in 1988. It is owned by General Growth Properties Inc., which runs more than 140 shopping malls across the country.

According to General Growth’s website, the last major remodel or expansion at Bellis Fair was completed in 2003.
