Peoples Bank recently announced that Tiffany Bergsma-Evans has joined the bank as a real estate loan officer at the Bellingham home loan center, located at 3100 Woburn St. in Bellingham.
Bergsma-Evans has been in the real estate industry for more than 19 years. In her new position, she will continue to offer financing options to customers who are preparing to purchase a new home or refinance their current mortgage. At Peoples, Bergsma-Evans will have a broad range of products available to offer her customers, including financing options for custom construction, second homes, and investment properties.
Born and raised in Whatcom County, Bergsma-Evans has deep roots in the community. Bergsma-Evans is passionate about the work done by Habitat for Humanity and serves the organization as secretary on the board of directors in Whatcom County. She is an affiliate member of the Whatcom County Association of Realtors, where she has served on various committees, is an affiliate member on the NW Washington Women’s Council of Realtors, and is a past member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
