Hart Hodges, associate professor of economics at Western Washington University, will give an economic forecast for the upcoming year on May 18. The presentation will take place at the Building Industry Association of Whatcom County’s spring meeting. Hodges is also the vice president of Waycross Investment Management and will cover topics related to the housing industry, and present a local and state economic assessment.
