Big Brothers Big Sisters presents The Big Event: Carnivàle

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Washington (BBBSNW) is currently planning its annual auction and gala, The Big Event: Carnivàle. This year’s Mardi Gras themed event will be held at the Bellingham Golf and Country Club Nov. 7 at 6 p.m. The evening will include dinner, silent and live auctions, as well as a dessert dash and raffles.

There are many opportunities to become involved in this event. BBBSNW is still seeking committee members and volunteers to help with planning and staffing the event. In-kind donations are also needed for live and silent auction items. Current live auction items include drive a Porsche for a day, a week in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Dates for a Year Package and an International Wine Tour.

The expected attendance for the Big Event: Carnivàle is 250 guests, and tickets can currently be purchased at a special “early bird” rate of $75 per guests, or $600 for a table of eight. Regular tickets can be purchased for $85, or purchased at the door for $100 per guest.
