Blue Sea Systems, a Bellingham-based marine electrical products manufacturer, has made two personnel moves to support its growing North American sales department.
Kevin Lacy, the company’s first engineer and a former aftermarket sales manager, has been promoted to eastern regional sales manager. He will be accountable for technical product and sales support for the wastern United States and Canada.
Lacy is based in Clearwater, Fla.
Danny Ascencio-Hall, most recently an assistant category manager and replenishment analyst at West Marine, joins Blue Sea Systems as the western regional sales manager. He will be responsible for technical product and sales support for the western United States and Canada.
Ascencio-Hall is based in the company’s Bellingham headquarters.
“The promotion of Kevin and addition of Danny to these new positions will support Blue Sea Systems growth in the marine market,” said David Johnson, senior vice president for Blue Sea Systems, in a press release. “Their technical background, electrical expertise and boating experience are key credentials for these new positions.”
Blue Sea Systems, founded in 1992, designs and manufactures electrical products for marine and specialized-vehicle systems. Its products are sold to distributors and manufacturers worldwide.
