The Bellingham Boys & Girls Club has announced Thursday, Nov. 12 as the date for the 10th Annual Wells Fargo “Breakfast for Champions”. The breakfast will be held at the Bellingham Club at 1715 Kentucky Street and will go from 7:15 a.m. 9 a.m. This annual breakfast will raise much needed funds to support programs for youth in Whatcom County.
The breakfast, sponsored by Wells Fargo, will feature State Attorney General Rob McKenna, and former Evening Magazine Host John Curley. McKenna is Washington’s 17th Attorney General, and a committed community leader, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for local domestic violence agencies and school districts. John Curley is the former host of King 5 TV’s Evening Magazine, the highest-rated regionally produced television show in the country, and the longest solo host of a television show in Pacific Northwest history.
