Bryant Davis, a realtor at RE/MAX Whatcom County, earned a Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation. Davis completed six courses on negotiation theory and techniques for the certification. Only 72 people in the country have this certification and Davis is the first in Whatcom County. The certification program is managed by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.

Davis has worked as a licensed realtor since 2002 and specializes in helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. He has also acquired other certifications such as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert and Short Sale Accredited Buyer’s Representative.
