2901 Squalicum Parkway, $1,100,000 for two story addition to Materials Management Building. Applicant: RMC Architects.

1026 21st St., $1,600,000 for new 18-unit, three-story apartment building.

810 Halleck St., $14,000,000 for final phase of repair and replacement of fire damage: Whatcom Middle School. Applicant: Dykeman Architects.

226 36th St., $35,000 for tenant improvement: banking loan center. Tenant: Bank of the Pacific. Applicant and contractor: Altama Construction.
