Know of a great business? The Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce seeks nominations for its annual awards dinner on Dec. 4 at the Best Western Lakeway Inn.

Categories are: large business of the year (21 or more full-time employees), small business of the year (20 or less full-time employees), green business of the year, and nonprofit of the year.

Award nominees must be Chamber members. Winners are chosen based on quality of company management, community service, company growth, educational opportunities for employees, opportunities for advancement, economic stability, and contributions exceeding the scope of the company’s mission, according to a Chamber press release.

Nomination forms and a list of Chamber members are available at the Chamber’s website. Nomination forms can also be picked up at the Chamber’s office at 119 N. Commercial St. Suite 110, in Bellingham. The Chamber is accepting nominations through Sept. 19.
