The Real Symple Project Management series of workshops debuts from 1 to 5 p.m. on Friday and will be held on four consecutive Fridays, ending on Feb. 5.

Real Symple Project Management is taught by Western Washington University marketer Dan Purdy of Real Symple Solutions.

The series is designed to help professionals employ lean project management principles to their everyday work so they can reduce stress and increase results. The principles of lean thinking provide a method with which one can build tools to manage work, life and projects better.
