City events to cover incentives, flexibility for building owners

As part of the Bellingham’s Downtown Plan update, city officials are offering free informational sessions about the financial incentives, code and zoning flexibility available to historic and existing buildings. The sessions are focused on downtown buildings, but the information can be applied to buildings city-wide.
