The Coldwell Banker Bain office in Bellingham recently hired seven new real estate brokers. The major hiring is another sign of the quick pace of the current real estate market in Bellingham, although, Sunny Lake, principal managing Broker for the office, says she’s seeing more interest from people who are looking to become brokers as a business for the long-term, and not just because the market is hot.
Brad Howard has been deeply involved with the Bellingham community and around the world, working with several charitable organizations.
Aaron Lane has lived in Bellingham with his wife and two daughters for several years. His background is in the gaming industry.
Shelley Lett is a long-time customer service professional, and owned and operated a dog training company in the Midwest. She now resides in Whatcom County.
Diva Menke has lived in Whatcom County for 12 years, is a WWU grad, a musician in town, and has 13 years of customer service experience.
Bethnie Morrison is a third generation Whatcom County resident who grew up in the grocery, rental and land development business. She established a series of successful businesses with her husband Jeff Morrison (see below).
Jeff Morrison has been a commercial lender in Whatcom County for 30 years. He continues to partner with his wife Bethnie by joining her in the office.
Grady Smith was born and raised in Whatcom County and has deep roots in the community. He has a background in construction.
