Downtown Bellingham events connect residents with planning process

The events are part of the city’s myDowntown planning process.

Subjects for the summer and fall events include identifying parking challenges and solutions, connecting art and economic development, creating recreational spaces using “parklets” and plazas, linking downtown and the waterfront and “placemaking”(based on concepts developed by the Project for Public Spaces).
