Washington Federal has promoted Jonathan Ensch to vice president.

Ensch currently serves as a business banking loan officer and relationship manager at Washington Federal’s Northern Washington Regional Office in Bellingham.

He has been employed with Washington Federal since 2010.

Prior to his current role, Ensch was a portfolio assistant with an institutional money management firm.

Ensch earned his bachelor’s in finance and economics from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

He is involved in the Bellingham Boys & Girls Club and volunteers as a youth baseball coach.
