Kulshan Services, a locally owned environmental consulting company in Bellingham, is celebrating its fifth anniversary March 1.

David Roberts founded the company after 27 years in state government working for Department of Ecology and Department of Natural Resources.

The company is also celebrating signing on an additional owner, Terry Carten, who has worked for Kulshan Services for over two years and has now purchased an interest in the company.
