Ryan Feezor has been appointed the director of outlets for the Best Western PLUS Lakeway Inn & Conference Center in Bellingham.

Feezor has 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including four years at the Lakeway Inn.

In his new position, he will oversee operations of the hotel’s Oboe Cafe and recently renovated Poppe’s 360 Neighborhood Pub, which now includes an outdoor patio with three fire pits.

Feezer said Poppe’s is placing more emphasis on local ingredients and small, tapas-style offerings. The pub has a new selection of martinis, 12 beers on tap and a variety of other spirits.

“We’re booking reservations on the patio for group parties and events throughout the year,” Feezor said, in a press release. “We want to be an ultra-lounge where the food is comparable to what you’d find in a fine-dining restaurant rather than your typical bar.”

The Lakeway Inn, which is managed by Providence Hospitality Partners, is located at 714 Lakeway Drive.
