Local firm Fiberglass Structural Engineering, also known as FSE Inc., has completed a relocation of its headquarters into a new Bellingham facility that the company says will help facilitate its future growth.

FSE specializes in the design, testing, inspection, failure investigation and preventive maintenance of fiber-reinforced plastic products. Its new facility, which opened in February 2013, is located at 455 Stuart Road.

In addition to its new office space in the Cordata area, FSE has also added a separate lab facility where the bulk of FSE’s destructive testing, including material property, ignition loss and axial tensile testing, will take place.

FSE, which has been in business since 1976, operates branch offices in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The company has also launched a new brand-strategy campaign, which includes a new logo design.

“We’ve upgraded our brand and our facilities for 2013 and beyond,” said Chris Renoud, the company’s president and CEO, in a press release. “FSE has been in business for almost 40 years and it was time to update.”
