Local catering company Fools Onion recently moved from its downtown commercial kitchen out to Greene’s Corner at 5305 Northwest Ave.

The new space will host the day-to-day operations of the business and it also gives the company more public exposure, said co-owner Lance Bailey.

“It’s a newer facility than we had been in and it gives us a more public face,” Bailey said.

Fools Onion also began providing sandwiches to next-door tenant Hammerhead Coffee Roasters, which opened in April.
