Randy Fredlund has been promoted to vice president and compliance manager at Peoples Bank.

Fredlund will oversee the bank’s regulatory compliance staff. He will also continue to facilitate the bank’s risk assessment committee and serve as its bank secrecy act officer.

Fredlund had worked in banking for more than 20 years. He joined Peoples Bank as a deposit services manager in 2002.

He is certified in regulatory compliance and has a leadership and management certification from the Leadership Institute of Seattle through Western Washington University.
