Eric Green and Sandi Harmoney have joined Keller Williams Realty and Home4Investment Company at their new location in Barkley Village.

As a native of the Northwest, Green has been a licensed agent for 12 years.

He said he became interested in real estate as a way for people to meet their personal and financial goals, according to a May 24 press release. Green said he enjoys the diversity of Bellingham neighborhoods and also helping clients find their perfect properties.

Harmoney was born and raised on Lummi Island, has 10 years of experience in the construction business and has been selling real estate since 2002.

With background in Washington’s “Built Green” program, she specializes in recognizing and recommending cost efficient and earth-friendly properties.

Both agents work with residential and commercial real estate.
