Local experts in environmentally friendly building and remodeling will be showing off their work at the Fall Green Living and Home Expo from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Oct. 16 at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal.

The event is open to the public and will feature everything from installing solar panels to full home remodels to workshops on building your own rainbarrels. The event is sponsored by Built Green of Whatcom County, Cascade Joinery, Aiki Homes, the Re-Store and NW EnergyStar.
