Bellingham resident Julie Paylor launched a new business called Grocery Express on Aug. 19.

Paylor offers grocery shopping and delivery services in the Bellingham area and has store club cards to all the major stores in the area, including the Community Food Co-op.

“I’m a big fan of local cheese and breads, and I like to bring my customers their favorites too,” she said. “My motivation for doing this business is to provide a useful service to seniors, busy parents and people with disabilities. I think there’s a need for this kind of business.”
