The Healthy Living Center in Bellingham plans transition to Herbal Legends Cannabis, marking the first time in Whatcom County history that a medical dispensary has expanded into the recreational market.

The store will remain at 2118 James St. and is scheduled to be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. The clinic will still be available for medical patients with a limited products.

Both the store and clinic will be feature products from county producers and processors.
