Hilton’s new hotel is now open at 805 Home Lane in Bellingham, near the airport at Northwest Ave.

The 105-suite hotel is part of Hilton’s Home2 Suites brand, which caters to business travelers and extended stay guests. It is the 48th Home2 Suites hotel and the first in Washington state.

“We are very excited to welcome the Home2 brand to the Bellingham area,” said Sara Holliday, general manager, in a press release. “The brand’s sustainable approach to extended stay will be a welcomed asset to business and leisure travelers.”

Home2 Suites hotels have combined laundry and fitness areas, an outdoor saline pool and are pet-friendly. The hotel is managed by Erck Hotels, a property development and management company based in Missoula, Montana.

Hilton’s Home2 Suites is the fourth three-star hotel to open in Bellingham since 2013.
