Horizon Bank announced that Josh Guthrie has been hired to manage both their Barkley and Meridian offices in Bellingham.

Guthrie brings more than 12 years of retail banking experience working in Whatcom and Skagit counties. Most recently, he was the branch manager for Chase Bank at its Cordata location in Bellingham.

Guthrie is a graduate of Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in business administration.
