KeyBank has hired Heather Vaughn as an area retail leader to manage operations of 11 branches located throughout Whatcom, Skagit and Island counties.

Vaughn, who is based in Bellingham, comes to KeyBank with 20 years of retail banking experience and has served in a number of roles including teller, teller operations supervisor, personal banker, assistant branch manager, branch manager and consumer market manager.

She is on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Whatcom, Skagit and Island counties and has been involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Washington State Youth Mentors organization.
