Sheila King of King Therapeutic Massage has moved her practice to 3120 Squalicum Parkway, Suite 2, just a half-block east of St. Joseph Hospital. She formerly operated out of the Bellingham Towers on North Commercial Street.

King, a licensed massage therapist since 2003, said the new location offers easier access and parking for her clients.

King provides treatment, relaxation and deep-tissue massages, plus some specialties. She is a Certified Geriatric Massage Therapist and also is trained in comfort-care massages for those who are fighting cancer. Reiki, a Japanese technique designed to deliver stress relief and pain reduction, is also offered. King also is working toward a certification in orthopedic massage.

Appointments at King Therapeutic Massage are available Tuesday through Saturday. Clients with Labor & Industries or personal-injury claims are accepted. For more information, call (360) 927-2727.
