Local kombucha microbrewery Kombucha Town is opening the Culture Café at Kombucha Town.

The café is located in a newly remodeled space at 210 E. Chestnut St. in the basement of the Herald Building in downtown Bellingham.

The Culture Café at Kombucha Town, a healthy café featuring a lunch, dinner, and late-night menu will offer healthy European-style small plates and kombucha-infused cocktails in addition to kombucha and microbrews on tap.

Kombucha is a fermented tea. Hours will be 11 a.m. until late, seven days a week.

Kombucha Town products include seven flavors of kombucha in bottles and cans: Signature, Gold, Gold Light, Green Jasmine, Guayusa Mint, Blueberry White and Lavender.
