Lee Ann Kelly, owner of City Dogs in Bellingham, attended the Northwest Grooming Show in Tacoma this past March. She attended classes on the science and chemistry of shampoos and other grooming products, as well as new trends in clipping. She attended several breed demonstrations and a grooming contest for inspiration on new and traditional styles.

City Dogs, located at 1337 Lincoln St., accepts all dog breeds and is a member of the National Dog Groomers Associations and the Pacific NW Professional Groomers Association.
